100+ color names to use directly without needing hex color codes

Colors play a vital role in making any form of art, design, or object conspicuous. Choosing or selecting colors sometimes could be a tedious job especially while prototyping.

The most commonly known colors are red, green, blue, yellow, orange, white, black, brown, violet, purple, and a few more.

We do not directly use the primary colors, RGB(Red, Green, Blue) in designing most of the things because they are strongly felt to the eyes, often they are used with shades(adding black to the original color), tints(adding white to the original color), or tones(adding gray or black & white to the original color), that way they become more soothing to the eyes. 

But adding shades or tints etc directly to the colors is a bit cumbersome task if we do not take the help of any color generating tool. 

The good news is that there are about 100+ colors including the primary colors which we can directly use their color names in designing sites or apps. These color names are supported by almost all browsers and they have adjusted shades and tints unlike primary colors, which can help us avoid tinkering around hex color codes to generate appropriate shades or tints.

These 100+ color names are given by w3c(world wide web consortium), which means they're going to be supported by a wide variety of platforms. 

As these are the standardized color names, we can even use those names with frameworks like TailwindCSS, e.g., bg-[mediumseagreen], bg-[gold], text-[lightseagreen], etc.

Often people try finding the color codes for commonly used colors viz., blue, navy blue, light blue, royal blue, sky blue, dark blue, gold, silver etc, but these color names can be directly used without the need of their hex codes in almost all editors or color manipulation tools. 

Even in design tools like Figma one can directly use the above all color names. It's just that there shouldn't be any space between the color names.
